Successful founders, and therefore successful successors, must be able to turn uncertainty and defeat into positives. When challenges enclose around us, possibly from the economy, employees, good or bad decisions, or other tumultuous situations, success in family and in business comes from having the ability to accept the problem. Once the problem has been Acknowledged, a founder should strive to Believe the best (and this IS an option) and Cast off negative thinking. This A.B.C. approach is extremely useful to stay on a positive and productive track.
