Dr Leon A. Danco is Chairman of University Services Institute, Cleveland, Ohio, USA; Special Advisor to Predictable Futures Inc.; Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at John Carroll University; and visiting professor at numerous American Universities. He is co-founder, with his wife, Katy, and Chief Executive Officer of The Center for Family Business, North America’s oldest (Est. 1962) national organization offering guidance to business owners and their families. Dr. Danco also served as senior advisor to the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Task Force on Family Business Continuity.

A native of Fairfield, Connecticut, Dr. Danco holds an A.B from Harvard College, an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
