Kevin Jenkins is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of World Vision International.  Known by colleagues in business and in World Vision as a man with a sharp mind, spiritual discipline and inspiring leadership skills, Jenkins draws on his years of corporate leadership to help guide World Vision in his role.

Jenkins completed his education and earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and later added a
Masters of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.

After three years working in corporate law, Jenkins joined Canadian Airlines, where he spent more than a decade
helping to steer the airline through turbulent times in the aviation industry.  Having become President and Chief Executive Officer, he worked alongside staff at every level of the company before overseeing a $1 billion financial restructuring that helped the company develop into an airline with 130 aircraft and 16,000 employees.

He went on to lead The Westaim Corporation, where he focused on turning technological innovations into
marketable products, including medical devices, flat panel displays and aerospace coatings.  Then, as managing
director of TriWest Capital Partners for the last six years, he was a partner in a private equity firm with more than $400 million of committed capital.

Kevin and Helen Jenkins have been married over 30 years and have three adult children.
