Hugh D. Weis possesses a varied background in the area of sales, finance, banking, consulting and various business enterprises. Following an earlier career in the finance banking industry, Hugh funded the start-up operations of Superior Vet & Farm Supply, which served agricultural accounts across Western Canada. He was also a critical shareholder and investor in other successful firms including West Coast Health Foods Ltd., Champion Feed Services Ltd., Champion Pet Foods Ltd., and BiCoastal Seafoods.
Hugh is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Chartered Banks (FICB) and a graduate of a two year course in Management at Grant McEwan and the Executive MBA awarded by the University of Alberta in June 2003.
